MMG Garments Return and Refund Policy

We value your satisfaction and aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the conditions below.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected and returned to the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that are used, washed, or altered
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Sale or discounted items (if applicable)

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  • Include your order number and product details
  • Our support team will review your request and guide you through the return process

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected
  • Refunds may be issued via bank transfer or store credit, depending on the order and situation
  • The final refund method will be confirmed after inspection

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Shipping costs will only be covered by us if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

Important Note

  • Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be rejected
  • In such cases, the item may be sent back to the customer
