We currently ship within Pakistan only.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges apply at checkout
  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions or special campaigns

3. Delivery Time

  • Karachi: Same-day delivery (on eligible orders)
  • Other cities in Pakistan: 2–4 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via SMS or email.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan
  • Payment is collected at the time of delivery

6. Undeliverable Orders

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, we will contact you. Additional delivery charges may apply for reshipment.

7. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or external factors. However, we will assist you in tracking your order.
